Rena is a great acupuncturist! I had never gone before and am glad I had Rena as my first. I'm amazed at how much my issues have improved and most have gone away. Rena is very caring, and a great listener. She's very good at explaining what is about to happen and what to expect. I'm very impressed and pleased at my progress.

I've found acupuncture to be helpful in the past, but Rena specifically is great at listening to symptoms and concerns, and catering treatment to the individual. She has helped me tremendously with headaches and migraines. I highly recommend Roots Acupuncture and Healing!
