I like the new location, very central and clean. I appreciate that they are trying to do something new rather than the typically bank teller set up. Love being able to get my debit card printed on site. Stephen was very helpful in getting me set up with some more effective accounts and a new credit card.

Terrible customer services. Tried mailing a deposit 2x w correct address. Both times returned. Probably because @ both DC addresses they list NY Ave & Pa. Ave but in both, you're forced to enter from a parallel street (I & Potomac Ave). Also, if you lose your debit card, the DC branches cant give you a new one @ the branch. Have to wait 5-12 days for it to be mailed. Dont believe the City Paper \Best of DC\ rankings. Signal Bank advertised heavily in CP asking to be voted \best\. If youre good, you dont have to beg for votes!!!
