Guy behind the counter literally ran down the street after me to tell me he had overcharged me 2. I didn’t ask for a receipt, so I appreciate the honesty. I just came for kratom but they seem to have a good selection of everything here.

Went in a month or so ago. Asked the gentleman at the counter for a DURABLE vape, and asked for recommendations as my previous vape that lasted a year had broken due to use. They recommended the Suorin Shine. As soon as it was in my hands, it felt cheap. But I decided to go for it. Asked for the gold one. Was given red. Not even two months later, the vape is dry firing in my pocket, wont charge but when it plugs in gets extremely hot, and the pods pack I bought from them most recently leaks everywhere even on the first fill. I called to ask if I could get a replacement, and they said I'm on my own. I expressed the fact that I had tried contacting suorin first, and have heard nothing back. They said it's not their fault. I agree it isn't, but they charged me 60 dollars for a 18 dollar vape, then a customer who has spent over 200 dollars here can't get an 18 dollar replacement. No longer going to conduct business here as they clearly don't care about long term customers or making a transaction right. When you try to support local business it can bite you in the butt. TL;DR- long term customer. sold a cheap 18 dollar vape in the color i didnt ask for, but overcharged to 60. when i asked for a durable one. vape breaks, wont charge, dry fires, pods sold to me are leaking everywhere. call to replace, get told they can't help and i'm on my own, even though I've spent hundreds of dollars here.
Great service. Good product. Also there's an adorable dog that u will see there sometimes. Black white husky mix I think. He gives the best customer service.
Smoke Island is a great addition to the neighborhood. William and the other people at the store are always friendly and very helpful. I’m trying to switch from tobacco to vaping and they were very helpful in getting me dialed into the right pen for me. Nice store!
