Stacey was the best find during our home search! She was so patient with us touring home after home as we figured out what we were looking for. She had a keen eye to flag issues with a potential home, and she was so quick to help us move on a bid when we were ready. She was savvy in helping us place a strong bid & negotiating with the seller. From the start we knew she was a skilled & experienced realtor that we could trust, but we were surprised by how personable and thoughtful she was. She was an incredibly calming presence during a very stressful process, and we could not be more happy to have found her--and our new home!

This is now the third real estate transaction that my wife and I have had with Stacey. I must say that each transaction was handled with top notch professionalism, transparency, with care, and honesty. We met Stacey almost 10 years ago as 1st time home buyers. The one thing that stood out about Stacey is that she takes pride in her sales, she makes sure the sale is right for her clients and not for herself, and she is very straightforward and honest. She never tries to pressure you into anything. And provides any and all the information you need to make an informed purchase. Fast forward to earlier this year we decided to sell our townhome and buy a new construction build. The transaction had a lot of moving pieces and parts. And the timing needed to be right the first time for this to work. Stacey helped lead us to the finish line flawlessly. We had to sell our townhome before we closed on our new home. We needed to do so in order to free up our VA loan on our first home to requalify and put it towards the purchase of our new build. We went under contract a few days after we listed our home. We even got to cancel our open house before it happened. We got above asking price for our home. Stacey also negotiated us to rent back, so we did not have to move into a temporary location until our new home was finished. The timing of everything could not have been any more perfect. We closed on the sale of our 1st home just about 2 weeks before we closed on our new home. She got all the documents over to our new mortgage lender to free up our VA Loan and we were able to close on time. We are now living in our new dream home. We appreciate the great work that she has done throughout all 3 transactions. As a 1st time home buyer, as a 1st time home seller, and as a 2nd time home buyer. My wife and I would not want to do these transactions with anyone else. Our real estate agent is better than yours, but yours could be just as good if you work with Stacey.
Stacey is amazing! She walked us through every step of selling our townhouse. We definitely didn't have a clue on where to start. She came in and took charge and kept us informed almost daily. Stacey is not just professional, she is amazing. She kept us calm and we always knew what was going on. She made us feel like we were the most important people she knew.
