I’ve been ordering from here via carrier since the pandemic started and the food has been fantastic. Timing has always been a bit slow but usually reasonable with what I get and ordering on the weekends. However, the last few times I’ve ordered through Door Dash, the food preparation has been getting longer and longer. It’s not my driver either bc I can see that they’re there and ready but the food isn’t done yet. Last time this happened, my food and miso soup were cold. Tonight, I ordered around 7:00pm and it estimated its get there a bit after 8pm at the latest. 8:30 goes by...then 9pm. I noticed my initial driver was replaced by another. I call the driver and he said they’re still waiting. After 9pm, the driver calls back and apologized saying he can’t wait (he was probably there for 40 or so waiting) and suggested I cancel my order since there’s about 20 or so people outside the restaurant and they keep telling people they’re almost done. I totally don’t blame the driver. After we hung up, low and behold, my order cancelled on me. Sure I got a refund and credit from Door Dash but I’m frustrated and angry at the service and it’s 9:15 and I haven’t had dinner yet. What’s happening?

Good food but I wish the description on the sushi was avaliable online when I order. Ordered spicy roll used to the spicy mayo this had jalapeños in it! I'm sure it yummy for some was too hot for me

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are flavorable and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. always when we go to this place we pass a pleasing time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
