The leasing team and front desk are great! Robert, Troy and Errika went above and beyond to communicate and help me through my lease signing process. Upon move in, the front desk team were very attentive, especially Darrell! I’m so happy with my experience at Hecht so far I am looking forward to my time here.

Generally, very good. Nice environment. Friendly staff. Just the walls are not so sound-proof and smell-proof. Also, hope that the shuttle to Metro can be a little more frequent during the morning and evening rush hours.

I am looking for an apartment for my mom. Michael, the leasing manager, called me this evening to see how he could assist us. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! He explained so much to me and shared a number of resources with me! We were on the phone for probably close to an hour and Michael was just as pleasant and helpful as he was when we first started the call. This is probably the BEST customer service I have received, ever! Michael even told me that I could call him back if I had any more questions (and I had A LOT) or if I needed any more assistance with the housing needs for my mom! A service! Thanks Michael, I understand everything so much better now!
