Dr Perkins is awesome! He’s super diligent, upbeat and talks you through what he’s doing, what everything means, and the different options in front of you. Appointments at any specialist’s office are short—I think the industry average is like 12 minutes with the med staff, and he‘s more generous with his time than that for sure. Would recommend!

Last year I started breaking out badly due to multiple reasons including an extreme stress caused by the whole COVID situation. I consulted with a different dermatologist before visiting Dr Perkins and my acne got better before it got worse again. After unsatisfactory result I consulted with Dr Perkins and he prescribed me topical medications against acne and after 2 months I noticed dramatic improvements. He was knowledgeable and very supportive throughout the treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone who is dealing with moderate to severe acne as an adult.

Dr. Perkins forgot about a blood condition we discussed in my first appointment and it caused all kinds of problems when he performed a procedure. When I asked if it would scar, he brushed it off and said I'll heal up just fine. It did scar! I wish he would have told me the truth to my question when I asked. Now I'm stuck with a scar because he didn't take my question seriously. And I got a bill that my insurance didn't cover.
