Rented dehumidifier from tool rental department. Spoke to staff on the phone before picking up and they agreed to stay open until I arrived, because this was late and looked like I might not make it during their regular business hours. Very polite and helpful. Equipment worked well.

The tool rental guys wouldn't sell me the three pieces of used equipment I had to find myself in the tool rental room, even after sharing a printout of the Home Depot website showing they are used equipment for sale. After pointing out the equipment, they said they already sold the equipment, and that they also don't work. I traveled all the way out to this location for that.

Wish they had more equipment selection but the customer service made up for it. Had some issues with a piece of equipment and one of the supervisors helped remedy the situation. Also was a pleasure to speak to!
