Therapist Tami Burtch is empathetic and amazing. Dr. James Hensold has a soothing Mr. Rogers vibe. Miss Patty the medical secretary is so pleasant. All around excellent staff. 5 stars.

Pretty tired of constantly being in the dark about stuff. Was told a call back in 24 hours and we are now close to 48. I am sure no call back is coming because this is not the first time it's happened. I just am trying to refill a medication I needed. Good luck carving your way through to actually see someone who can help. I once tried to make an appointment and they told me there is a 2 month wait, not kidding.

Great personal service and timely responses to all questions and procedures. Very pleased with results from rehab services there also.

I cant stand this place. I come here only for my depo provera shot, which they only did successfully once. The second time they scheduled my appointment a day early so I when I came in for the shot I wasn't allowed to get it. I showed up with it for literally nothing. So I rescheduled and they canceled my appointment. They offered to reschedule a month after my shot was do because that was the closest open appointment before 2 pm. Its called birth control. You're supposed to take it on a regular basis, not a month after it was due. You would think they could figure that out. I actually have no idea what to do. I guess I'll give it to myself.
