We recently had three rooms completed by Universal Floors and could not have been happier with the results. We had three estimates and South Lynn was very prompt and convenient with his time to visit my home and provide advise for the correct choice to match the other rooms. The two technicians arrived on time and were actually done early and you would not know they were even in the house when they left, the floors look great and the house was spotless from any debris. Highly recommend them.
Kevin and the two Universal floor technicians did an amazing job sanding then refinishing the worn out and dull oak floors with two separate coats of polyurethane in our large two bedroom condo that was going to be listed for sale. And the price for the work was very, very good too, under what I expected. Our real estate agent needed the floors to look like new and Universal delivered with care a beautiful and welcoming refinished golden oak finish floor, which was critical to the sale, which went under contract in 1-day in no small part due to Universal’s outstanding work. Thank you Kevin and Universal for your treating us like family and ensuring the job was of the highest quality. We will go straight to Universal with any future flooring work. Thanks again!
Very satisfied with Universal Floor and their work sanding & refinishing heart pine floors. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail. Project manager Teddy was very considerate, responsive, and informative. He responded within hours, took time to explain, and made the effort to understand where I was coming from, and what I was asking. The high level of detail didn't stop there. UF followed through with a job that didn't cut any corners, saw to the \little nooks and crannies\, and was thorough, complete, and consistent. Wasn't the cheapest quote I got, but definitely worth it to me.
I had a great experience with universal floors. South Lynn has been my. Intact there and he's been most knowledgeable and helpful. Always responsive and the team has done a great job all around. They are really courteous and professional and I will always call them for my flooring needs.
