I've had great service with USPS until my parcel that I sent out July 11th. The tracking still says Chicago ISC since July 17th. It's been over 45 days and the package has not been updated or delivered. It's unprofessional that @USPS or @USPSHelp on Twitter has been unresponsive. I had paid around 70 to have it shipped internationally. Look up USPS Chicago and see that others are facing this same issue. Postmaster Dejoy hasn't improved logistics in that center.

Terrible tracking. Package not delivered and driver puts delivered when checking the tracking number.
