Ive been with u.s. cellular for 13 years and I drive an hour away to go to this store!!! The customer service is off the charts!!! Well, with Chad anyways!! I always makes sure He Is there He is so helpful and always tells me the most current specials they are offering. Also, since I'm big on following a budget he helps me fit my needs while STILL keeping me in my budget! Also, I enjoy just chatting with him and sharing a few laughs. I love this store !!! And chad!!! HE ROCKS!!

There is one guy in particular I go to for all of my cell phone needs and or accessories. His name is Chad. He is awesome at what he does and he will thoroughly explain everything to the point. I have seen him help some of the older generation get into the new smart phones and he has a true talent for what he does every day. He Sure shows that he loves what he does.
