Valley Spirit is a gem in the heart of Washington Depot. The yoga instructors are top notch, there are a variety of classes for all different level of practitioners, and the center itself just beams with positive energy. They have wonderful, personally curated products and books and specially heated massage beds. A truly wonderful spot.
Simply the best! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and warm. Products are wonderful. Great place to stop in and look around or take a class. Great for novices and experienced yoga, meditation and more! LOVE THEM!
I had a great experience with Valley Spirit and owner, Kristin. I happened to call one day because I was looking for a yoga instructor to come to a house we had rented in the area for a bachelorette party. I got in touch with Kristin directly and told her a little bit about the weekend and what we were looking to do. She not only set up the yoga, but also set up two massage therapists to come in and gave me wonderful recommendations on many things in the area including food/smoothies/wine bar/hiking etc. We loved all her recommendations and considered ourselves lucky to have found her. The yoga and massages were some of the best we had experienced. Thank you Kristin and Valley Spirit. Highly recommend!
What I greatly admire is this - All of 2015, this business was in development stage. Nov 2016, Valley Spirit Wellness Center opened with a generous open house where founders Kristin Kunhardt Flagg and Jampa MacKenzie Stuart shared the vision for their rural community of Washington CT. It's now 2020. They have attracted 30 practitioners, referred to as “the Tribe” to Valley Spirit Wellness Center. Not only does this space welcome YOU, it welcomes holisitic practioners to shine, skillfully engage and be the best they can be.
