This place is the worse when it comes to broken bones and thank god I always get a second opinion. My injury ended up needing surgery this time, my sister got told she broke her elbow when it was a growth plate and apparently it’s impossible to just break an elbow, they will splint you and they are open 24 hours. Great when it comes to colds like strep throat but seriously do not trust them with and breaks!!!

I usually have good experiences here yet long wait times. I am not one to write reviews but I got a covid test done and it was brutally unpleasant. The lady with dread locks in a bun made my nose bleed and then proceeded to tell me thats what’s supposed to happen so they know if it works.

My husband went to get tested for covid. The only real symptom he was having is trouble breathing. We called when we got there and an hour and 45 minutes later we were still waiting although she had said she had one person ahead of us. We were watching them walk to all the other cars She hadn't even brought us the paperwork yet. Lady comes out and says you're having trouble breathing and you're driving?????. People with a common cold sometimes have trouble breathing don't they?? Finally another lady walks over to our car and told us that we were supposed to pull to the back, something they never told us on the phone. She then proceeds to tell us to pull to the back and another lady comes out 15 minutes later and tells us she has four people in front of us She had come out earlier to look for our car but couldn't find us although we were parked right by the door. We told her we couldn't wait because we had to pick up our grandchildren My husband would come back. We filled out the paperwork they gave us My husband goes back and they tell him because he said He was having trouble breathing He had to go to the emergency room. So he came home because they wouldn't even come out to test him. Isn't this an urgent care???? Don't advertise that you test for covid if you don't.So you are telling me everyone that comes to be tested is perfectly healthy. What a waste of a day.This is not the first time We have had a problem when we go over there, every time we've gone there in the past we have waited hours. Never again!!! Don't waste your time or money.

A thoroughly inept practice. I've been personally misdiagnosed twice, both serious illnesses. I had Pneumonia last year and they told me I did not have the flu, which was true, but I did have Pneumonia, which they did not diagnose. I had posion ivy to a degree that my eyesight was endangered. The doctor did not give me close to enough meds to get rid of it. Lastly, I was charged 300 erroneously, and the staff was unable to handle me being upset, so I was hung up on. Twice. Truly a terrible place.

they only care about money. I called the front desk and I specify my needs I told them that I need the doctor to cut my ingrown nail Lady at front desk said yes come in we can do that with no problem I paid my copay and then I see the doctor the doctor than explains that I need to see a foot doctor. After I called HOURS before to make sure they could cut my nail. they lied to me over the phone made me drive all the way there AND had me pay my co- pay and than have them tell me that they can't do sh*t (excuse my language) that is very unprofessional. If they had ANY dignity and cared that their staff lied to me they would return the copay I paid. They didn't do anything but tell me I needed to see a foot doctor. I knew I needed to see a foot doctor but it was the weekend and they had me believe they could do it. This place doesn't deserve to get one star.
