I had a lovely experience at Washington DC Fingerprinting in April 2020 with the woman who did my ink-rolling. She was kind and quick and even gave me a bubble mailer to ship my prints in. My fingerprint cards were accepted no problem by the FBI, as well as the private company my university works with for background checking its nursing students. Overall great experience and will gladly come back for more services in the future if I need to!

The person I made the appointment with seemed very overwhelmed. When I called to confirm the appointment the same day she seemed agitated and shouted that she's the only person there doing everything. When i went for my appointment later that day, the security guard advised she left for the day 5 min before my arrival. She never even called to let me know she wouldn't be there. Very unprofessional.

Went in, was greeted courteously, and got two fingerprint cards. Had a bit of an issue with the ink being too wet at first (fingerprints too dark), but the lady made sure I left with proper fingerprint cards I could use. The process took about 45 minutes, but I'm sure it would have been more like 15 if I had fewer questions and the ink had been more cooperative.
