I rang ahead this evening to find out if there would be cabs available and if any staff were working tonight and if I rang later, would I get one locally which I was assured yes. I am from a single household and was visiting my support bubble. When I rang to book the cab at 1 am, I was told none were in the area, I asked if I could be contacted when there are to be told no. Myself and my friend tried for long after that with no success. I honestly wouldn't mind if I a) hadn't not fed my animals assuming I could get home after checking before I left the house and b) if I hadn't rang ahead to check to be told false info. Please just be honest with people as worst case scenario, I slept on a sofa. Other people may not be so lucky as to have somewhere alternative to stay. It's just such a shame as up until this point they have had a 5 star service however I felt totally let down tonight after I forward called to check if I needed to pre book.

Quite tactfully located in between 4 pubs and bars and can be a very handy ride home at the end of the night! Can be a wait if you don’t order in advance tho as with any company. The two ladies I speak to regularly are very friendly and polite and work out of quite a small main office. All of the drivers I’ve had the pleasure of taking me home have been great and very chatty, which is good because after a few pints you can’t stop me from talking! Over all reasonably priced and a great service. Would reccomed highly if your planning on visiting the strip of are looking for a reliable firm in the Washington area!
I have used these taxis to get me to work and occasionally home again, all through this pandemic. From the girls on the phone, to the drivers themselves, the staff have all been friendly. I would definitely recommend them
Always kind and courteous, professional even if it’s only a local trip definitely value for money on longer journeys due to doing fixed rates would highly recommend them to friends and family.
Have used Washington taxis for a number of years now and never had a problem. They are always on time and drivers friendly
