Expect long wait times, even if there are few customers. I came right when they opened, was the first customer in the door, and still had to wait 45 minutes to be helped. The person claimed she was the only person there who could help me and was with another customer, but that really couldn’t be true unless she took someone back that came in after me and helped them first instead of me. What a time waste. The service I needed will literally take less than 5 minutes....if they ever get around to helping me.

I don’t have a Wells Fargo account, and I’m not from DC, but I would like to share an experience with the manager of this location. I live in MD, and I was out in DC with my friends when late one night I lost my wallet with cash and other personal belongings in it. I searched for hours that night and accepted that it was stolen and gone. Later that week I received a call from Bank of America saying that Jareem found my wallet and took it over to them so they could find me. Through communication and Jareem’s efforts I got my wallet back. It just goes to show his honesty, and good heart.
This place is GARBAGE. I deposited a checked at an atm but it would not let me withdraw cash because my account was overdrawn to begin with but I deposited tenfold what was overdrawn and then some. I came to this branch for assistance and it was a complete WASTE OF TIME. The clerk was a deer in headlights about what they could do to \help me\ because I had an early trip the next day and needed to run errands. The manager was just as idiotic. Little did they know my father in law is a vp for wells and he gave me a better route of action. It is a check from my job so why is it so hard for them to free up half my check? They clearly just did not want to do more than lift a finger. If you need real help go else where.
