Brutal. It is essentially a self-serve cafeteria where prices are ridiculously inflated. 20 will get you a Costco tortilla wrap, a handful of lettuce, 2 bites of chicken and about half a cup of salad dressing dumped over it. That is how the Buffalo chicken wrap is made. An embarrassing cash grab.

What people don't realize is that YOUR ARE AT THE LAKE. Enjoy the moment and just relax. It may be a little expensive - but that is what you get your luxury at the lake. Enjoy it for what it is worth.
This is a great little cafe. The food is very good and the staff are very friendly. They also have daily specials. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy lake life while you eat. They have great lake favourites like pink lemonade and cherry soda. They were also able to accommodate my food allergies.
After a disappointing experience earlier in the year, my husband and I decided to give it one more shot. Portion sizes were much better and staff seemed to actually know what's going on. I had the buffalo chicken pizza special with Caesar salad and my husband had the ultimate bacon cheeseburger with a tossed salad, and both were delicious! Portions were definitely worth the price and we even have leftovers for dinner! both salads were crisp and the Caesar salad was so cheesy and creamy! Yum! The manager even recognized us from the last time we were in, and came to check in to make sure we were having a better experience than our previous one. So glad we gave it a second go!
I don't know why so many people are complaining about prices here, anywhere in Saskatoon you would pay the same amount for less food. Basically a Fudruckers in the heart of a national park. Still the cheapest place in Waskesiu and their pizzas are better than Petes for a fraction of the price. Beer is way cheaper too. Staff are friendly and food is always good.
Patio is nice, but that's unfortunately the only good thing about this place. Service is slow and disorganized. Had a "california chicken wrap" for 16 and it was very bland, with almost no chicken and no seasoning. The salad was equally tasteless. They didn't even bother to cook, fry, or season the mushrooms... just diced it and put on the plate. I could have bought a better chicken wrap for half the price at any gas station.
Stopped in tonight for a quick bite. The staff were helpful, the restaurant was clean, the service was great and the pizza was awesome!!! Will definately be stopping there again!!
Staff was very nice and food was fabulous. We Will stop in again for sure. Love the ice cream choice .
