Did not even pick up our all of our trash or neighbors!!! I will be complaining to hoa and getting everyone in our neighborhood to cancel working with them!!! They don’t answer phone and next time I’ll be running outside when those guys are picking up trash in the neighborhood to make sure they do their Jobs!!!

Always very friendly and helpful. All the way from the drivers on the routes to the staff at the transfer station. I've been serviced by this company for two years or so and have never had an issue or complaint.

Hasnt picked up my recycles in over a month. After calling customer service, they said it was the weathers fault why that haven’t picked it up in over a month.

They were good the first two pick-ups but now my trash is running over noone picked up Friday which is my schedule pick-up date and now here it is Saturday after 3 pm and the wind is blowing trash all over the neighborhood thanks for nothing

Ive been a waste connection customer for 3 weeks. The first two weeks I had to call to remind them to pick up my trash, today I called and they said \we're running behind but we'll get it\ and it's now 8pm and my trash can is still full. I'll be canceling my service first thing Monday morning.
