I cannot say enough about this company! I recommend them to everyone I know looking for good disposal service. I deal with Robbin Anderson primarily, but on many occasions have had the pleasure to work with other staff in the office. From the delivery / pick up drivers to top management, this company is customer service driven! They will always be up front and treat customers with the respect they deserve. They have always provided the service they promise at the time they say they will be there. You will not be disappointed by selecting this company for your home, commercial or roll off services!!!

Waste Connections has the waste removal business for Duct Brothers, Plumbing, Heating, and Coolings business for good! Specifically, I want to say thank you to Erik Buckentine, Territory Manager! That guy is on the ball! Every issue, he cleared up immediately with a resolution. He was extremely responsive to all of our phone calls and emails. He went above and beyond in his customer service for our company. I have used several companies in the past and never had this level of customer service! Very impressed, they exceeded my expectations! Call Erik at Waste Connections you will not be disappointed!

When cancelling their service because we were tired of them cancelling the weeks pick up if it snows (helloooo...this is Colorado!), it would have been helpful if Kristi informed us that we would need to cancel our automatic deductions. We both work in customer service where clients cancel their service, but we always inform them of how that will affect any upcoming billing or deductions. Very unprofessional.

They rarely pick up on scheduled days. The slightest bit of snow they cancel until the following week. They offer \free\ double the trash pick up although they didn't pick up the trash and are the reason the trash has doubled. Recycling is supposed to picked up twice a month, if we're lucky it'll get picked up once. The customer service reps are rude and snappy. Wouldn't recommend waste connections.

We are using Waste Connections for our business trash and recycling removal and have had great service and professionalism from everyone we have engaged with since the start of our service. Robin A, our 'Trash Talker' in customer service, has been phenomenally responsive and extremely helpful with all our needs and makes it her personal goal to ensure we have everything we need every time we engage with her. We couldn't ask for a better representative to help us and she represents what customer service should be with any company/business we engage with and is an absolute pleasure to work with. The company has been very responsive as well for any of our trash/recycling needs and I would highly recommend this company over the others in the area.
