We have had issues with bulk pick up through Waste Connection (among other issues - see photos) since September 2020. When we requested to terminate our contract due to poor or non-existent service, they threatened to charge 8442.

They did not pick up our trash because the cans weren't on the sidewalk. They were at the of the driveway like always. My neighbors trash was taken his was on his driveway. Update they fixed the problem
