I called 2 times to change a mattress pickup date and then to cancel on them and they were very friendly and accommodating each time. It was so nice to actually get a person, and then when it was a friendly person each time it was an added bonus. Thank you for your kindness.

I just wanted to applaud your worker, Josh. My mom and I were out in -14 weather this morning to jump start her car. One of our hood latches was giving us a hard time, he noticed, and he came over to help us with that and then also placed the cables where they needed to go. It clearly was so cold out and he didn’t even bat an eye! Thanks again, Josh! Good representation of Waste Connections of Iowa!!

Waste Connections services our business, and has provided great service to us. We have had a decrease in the amount of trash we are generating due to COVID-19, and the driver noticed this and suggested that we reduce our weekly pickups, which saves me money. I have had great interactions with the staff for the account transfer and contract signing since we took over the business earlier this year. At our previous business, we had many issues and a general lack of caring from our waste company, and the experience with Waste Connections has been far superior. Because of this I also chose to use Waste Connections for residential pickup at my new house.

Truck 427! You almost ran into my whole family at the landfill with your speeding, And pretend that you never saw us! After you blew trough main stop sign! You continue speeding! Speed limit/stop signs exists for your and others safety! I see your company hasn’t taught you any! Wish I could give you O stars!
