We have used this company for the last year and we have always had a good experience. Even when we have issues they have gotten resolved quickly and easily. Kendra was incredible, as always! She immediately had the answer to my question and was able to give me the information that I needed to get my issue resolved. My residential service normally runs on Friday. Since this past Friday was Christmas, per their website, our service was postponed a day, which should have been Saturday, 12/26. Today is Thursday, 12/31 and our trash service with Waste Connections has yet to run anywhere in our neighborhood. Terrible service and even worse customer service when you call the local office just to ask questions. If you can get trash service with any other company, I highly recommended you do so. Waste Connections and their staff are a poorly timed joke.

They've missed pickup for consecutive weeks multiple times. Poff Carting never had this issue.
