Located outside city limits, and I got quoted 46. More expensive outside where trash service isn't even mandatory. They also don't provide recycling outside city limits. What's my incentive? Seem to have gotten my e-mail address wrong. I never received their ID request, and they didn't care because no one tried to follow up with a phone call. Found a cheaper waste service that was much more responsive.

Upper management is either CLUELESS or WRECKLESS! I’ve never seen a company operate in such a despicable way. Where they lack integrity they make it up in arrogance. They literally spend more time trying to get out of work instead of just doing the task they are paid to do. They have monopolized the industry and we are suffering the consequences. In the office they speak to you like you are the trash and they want to nickel and dime you to the point you’ll just reject and leave, saving them the paperwork. Unbelievable WC... unbelievable.

Live in a Cul-de-sac people at entrance park in road Waste Connections say they cant get in to collect trash but I'm still being charged like they collect everytime so they are basically stealing from me, The lady in the office is rude and says we need to get neighbors to stop parking in road so no help from them at all
