Great experience so far. The lady on the phone was super nice and easy to communicate with. Didn't have to be on hold for too long even tho automated message says it's trafficy.

Expensive, and they don't pick up nearly enough volume of garbage, yard waste, and recycle they should for the price. They pick up recycle and yard waste only ever other week; they could pick both up weekly and subsidize my regular garbage (that's how this SHOULD work). You send them a lot of money every month and probably still have to go to the dump or find another way to get rid of your recycle waste. I've lived in plenty of different places so I know what to expect and have a good basis of comparison. This company is terrible.

I love Waste Connections! All of the drivers are so nice and customer service is always super helpful. Where else can you get a service where they come to your house every week for such a small cost? My son loves to stand at the window and wave to them every week. We have never had an issues with any of our services and have lived here for over 10 years using garbage, recycling and yard debris services. We have also utilized the free appliance pickup (1 per year I believe) and had bulky items picked up. Thank you Waste Connections for your hard work and kindness. I know it isn’t a glamorous job but thank you for doing it with kindness and a smile!

Our trash delivery on hazel dell ave has been consistently problematic. The driver seems to have an issue with his route and constantly is not picking up trash. They make it seem so difficult to pick up trash thats paid for weekly. We sometimes only get our trash picked up twice a month and they seem so clueless to our situation even though its been a constant cycle of the same issues. We live right across the street from Target and these guys have just given us the hardest time and our trash has not gotten picked up at least 10 plus times this year. Its very frustrating and they don’t seem to care. If our trash doesn’t get picked up we shouldn’t pay. I am very frustrated with this company they did great at my old residence but this route in hazel dell sucks.

My garbage can is obnoxiously obvious and you still can’t pick it up?! I’ve been living here for over a month and you have picked up my trash ONE time! I’m disgusted that I’m paying for trash removal and have a huge pile of trash backed up on my back porch. I have a newborn baby and a ton of dirty diapers just piled up. It’s so unsanitary and makes my beautiful home look like a dump. Very disappointed. Just a huge thumbs down. I would give you no stars if I could. Shame.
