One of their trucks with an unsecured load dropped trash and debris on the highway breaking our windshield. When we called they said they have over 100 trucks and couldn't say for certain which truck it was. I am paying for my own windshield replacement and will advise others to not use a company that will not take care of its liabilities or accept responsibility for their damages.

I have used Waste Connections for 3 and half years. They have been very disappointing. After speaking with Melanie about not receiving current invoices and her not being able to give me a straight answer with little to no customer service I then asked for a manager. Tiffany, the manager, I spoke with was very cold and monotone with absolutely no customer service skills as well. I guess no surprise. I have had several issues with them, stemming anywhere from not picking up at all, to leaving garbage sacks at the curb right beside the freshly emptied trash can. And we are in an HOA!!! Neighbors have had issues as well. I would definitely not recommend this trashy company to anyone looking for a good trash service.

Worst trash service I've ever had, they didn't know which day my pickup was, called me back the day after pickup to tell me the pickup day was yesterday, missed our recycling twice, only sent one bill then took my cans. Bill was not late, customer service doesn't exist, rude girls on the phone told me they emailed the bill(went to spam) got my paper bill two days before they took our bins but they have managed to send out two more bills since cancellation. Will never use or recommend them to anyone. Edited to add they've managed to send me FOUR bills in less than an month after service

Our bin is on the curb in the same spot every week, but it is hit or miss if/when they will pick it up. Most recently, they decided to skip our home and not offer the acceptable resolution of picking up the trash that they chose to skip. Please do not give these people your money and choose a different provider.
