I have never had a problem with Waste Connections...ever! Their customer service is awesome and the drivers are thoughtful, courteous, thorough and tireless. Even though we had a snowstorm and they were running behind by just one day, I contacted them through their app to say they missed my trashcan. I got an immediate response and they sent the driver back around in just a few hours. Quite impressive. I love their service!!!

We just signed up for new service in Wildwood and Heath assisted with the new account info. He was very informative in a clear and concise manner but didn't rush us thru the process and allowed plenty of time for all our questions. Heath seemed well informed with quick and comprehensive answers and a great attitude. Customer service is very fortunate to have him as an employee.
