Never on schedule, and can't reach local customer service. If I could give a 0 I would.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This company is charging me 63 for 2 weeks of service because my family moved during the billing period. We had military orders to move, but they're now sending collection notices. I had to call twice just to cancel the service. I spoke with a rep at the end of August to discuss this and she told me not to worry, she took care of it. I thought I no longer needed to worry. This company is the worst!

waste did not pick up neighbors trash.. last wed... she's feeble. i called for her on monday... waste promised clearly that they would get trash monday... that day... they didn't... i called back tuesday... all kind of lame excuses... we'll be in that area wed... no, i said not acceptable... she then promised today and would call with update... i just drove by neighbors house... trash still there... called again.. man is coming there now... i asked coming from where and she wouldn't say... i left and went to neighboring town... two stops, trash still there. i called for mgr. left a message.. horrible... our village needs to get a new waste company. written by chris, (not sondra)
