Extremely disappointed this location changed its policy, in apparent collision with its competitors, to limit residential customers from using the facility on days other than Saturday. Local authorities should look into this immediately. Edit: Essex County residents have now been banned and forced to use a much less convenient facility at 540 Doresmus

The men are here every week always around the same time. They consistently put the cover back on and place the can away from the street.
Anthony the service technician collecting my trash is a very nice service person. His politeness n demeanor is a truly humbling experience for any one who meets has the pleasure to meet him
Collections are always reliable and the men who do the work are friendly and actually helpful...when I forget to set my can at the curb, they walk up to the house. WM has also adjusted pricing to stay in line with local competition.
0 stars. Very unprofessional. Worst experience. Make sure not to use a Uhaul truck otherwise you will not be able to dump there. They do not tell you this over the phone. Also over the phone they tell you the days and times to go. I went there on one of the days they said to go and was told that i should go back on a different day. Complete idiots that work there.
