The company I work at uses this service, it’s quite disappointing. They miss the pick up date FREQUENTLY, because we are a successful business, our garbage is practically overflowing normally let alone when they miss an entire pickup date . They also leave trash all over the parking lot. It’s a huge hassle!

I had called to cancel my service and A few days ago and she said that I worked until we were still getting service. I was issued the refund yet they're still was the can, so I went ahead and called again just to make sure I didn't need to do anything else. The first lady seemed helpful but didn't even put any of the tickets in, however, I spoke with Linda on the phone and she was so helpful. Even joking with me and making me feel comfortable about the situation and making sure everything was done correctly. Everyone else is helpful but she really came in clutch, and went above and beyond. Though I was canceling she talked to me in a way that easily made me feel comfortable and happy about the call. Everything else about the company that I've seen isn't the best, but Linda. She seems like a great employee who is actually willing to work.
Started service over 2 weeks ago and the eta on the trash can has come and went. They then missed the 1st two pick up dates, only to not only take the trash but also throwing away my brand new trash can?! You cannot make this up. On camera I have them throwing the entire roll wheel Rubbermaid trashcan in the truck and driving away. Don't throw away a trash bin I paid for because you can't deliver one on time. ALSO WM is literally less than 3 min drive down the road?! Come on now....
I have moved into my new home and I put my request in through the City of Hope Mills about three weeks ago to receive my trash cans. They haven't delivered my trash cans yet. Every time that I call, they say \it's out for delivery today\. This has to be the most frustrating issue. Don't worry, I will take time off from work and come to your office until something is done.
