Paying a premium for less than adequate service. I've called three times and been assured each time a truck would be as to pick up my garbage which had been missed week after week. At this point I have no idea what service I'm paying them to provide. I was asked to provide directions to my house over the phone. Are they serious?? The 10 account credit I was given is a joke. I can't wait to switch providers.

There have been several times now my garbage has not been picked up. I have had things left behind and on one occasion called them 3 times about it to no avail then found the item in the yard across the road. I realize pick up times vary but it was 6am then 5am then 4:30, 4, and then 3:45. Just strange.
Bill increase all the time. Go online invoice pay it, then say have late fee. Mailed invoice always different than online one, then get late fee. I'm fed up. Call and they decrease bill, but then next month it's back up. Miss pick ups.
Everytime they bill you the bill increases at least 10 with no reason as too why. When you call them they have no explaination why it increases.
My trash wasn't picked up again. This is the SECOND TIME!!! If you aren't going to pick up my trash like you're supposed to, I want my money back. And of course when I call, theres NO answer!!!! Something needs done about this bs!
