Absolute colossal waste of your time and money. I would recommend this company to nobody. Spent 75 to cancel the service after months of stress having them as our provider, was told they would pick up all trash and recycling, only to come home to see the took the few things that were in the recycling bin along with the trash bin. When you sign up, they’re extremely friendly and say no hidden fees, but there are and the second you’re no longer a customer, they do not give you the time of day. If I could tell everybody to not sign up with WM, I would. I have no sympathy leaving this review and hope no one else has gone through the same experience we have.
