DON’T GO HERE TO DUMP—GO TO “UUM OF LEOMINSTER” instead. They are courteous, friendly and ⅓ to ½ CHEAPER. At Waste Management - Leominster Transfer Station the woman at the weigh station is a tough battle-axe. I can't overstate how bad this place is. I called in twice to get a quote for a small trailer full of debris. I only had about seven or eight hundred lbs worth of miscellaneous debris and an appliance. They stated twice over the phone there was a minimum 177 no matter how much you have less than two ton minimum plus no hazardous waste. When I got there things changed. With a small clothes dryer and a tire the price jumped to about 250 which is very unreasonable. When I questioned her and told her I got quoted 177 over the phone last week she laughed in my face and said I was on vacation last week. She said I should have brought up additional pricing, not the person that works there giving the quote (ha ha ha). At this point I wasn't ready for the laugh. When I proceeded to state my case and asked to kick it up to her manager, she threw me out. With no warning, she just started yelling that's it you're not dumping today. She offered me no other way out. There were no other employees present and I had to leave. As if she personally owned the dump. The buck stops here with me. She was NOT wearing a MASK, told you she was tough. Fortunately I got the last laugh. Using google I found a dumping station a half mile down the road “UUM of Leominster”200 on Tanzio RD. I SAVED 130 plus future dumping cost because of that battleax.

They leaves your trash with a tiny crack lid open. My trash was not opened, I submitted a form to missed trash and I went and check nothing was opened. Waste Management shows up and all of a sudden my lid is crack on my recycling bin and they left it. So now I have no way to dispose of my recycling as o needed the bin empty. I was happy with them since having them, but I may hire another company. I'm going to give them a chance to correct the issue.
