I guess knocking the bins over and leaving them like that is acceptable...my mother had to call someone to pick them up for her... BRAVO waste management!!!! Way to care about the people making YOUR paychecks possible

Not sure if this is the right Waste Management location or not, but... I had a great experience! I called the 1st time and spoke with Corey, who was great, professional, friendly and super knowledgeable. Then I called back and Casey helped me... Who was also great, professional, friendly and super knowledgeable! Both knew what they were talking about and helped me every way they could. Outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend them to ANYONE! Thank you guys!
We are brand new customers with WM. The trash and recycle containers did arrive within the expected delivery window. The hope for good service was in tact. Our planned pickup day, Thursday, came and went without service. Both the customer portal and the customer service representative on the phone indicated a reason of \cans were not out\. This is a complete and blatant falsehood. Since we are not familiar with the local schedule the cans were out the night before in case of an early morning pickup. The customer service agent and subsequent supervisor would only offer either a double pickup the following Thursday or a request for pickup the next day which is not guaranteed. Having very recently moved the amount of trash and recycle we have to dispose of is great and not being able to have it promptly removed is crippling. WM management, don't bother with the apology. Nothing short of a guaranteed pickup will revise our great disappointment with the dishonesty and lack of acceptable resolution for our problem.
Continuously having issues with this company with zero help from their phone support, and their superiors. No reply from Tonya who is the moderator here for reviews. This company is supposed to provide a service, but I feel like it has created a job for me. Why did they take my can? Why did they skip my house? Why won't they help me out. Have to chase these people down twice a year to just have the service I paid for completed. Update: here's how our trash service is handled. Truck dumps everything in the road, and can't say he didn't see it as we have a culdesac that he gets to circle around and see the mess made. Not 1 attempt to do anything.
If you intend to use \easy pay\ better watch your wallet. There is no way to remove your payment information on their web page. In my case I've tried to remove info about two expired credit cards, to make sure they won't be charged anymore. No way!!!! According instruction I've chosen correct one (valid) to make sure they won't charge invalid one. No way!!! Their computer program has own choices - my invalid cards. No surprise my bill payments were late twice already, but WM has chance to charge me extra 5.00 for late payment. Five bucks here , five there - WM makes extra money, but you loose.... I contacted today customer service twice asking to remove my financial info - but been disconnected twice. Even extra phone # given by rep (in case I'll be disconnected) didn't work. After going again thru all that answering machine bull... I lost connection anyway, before I had a chance to talk to someone again. Finally I cancelled all that \easy pay\ , but my all 3 credit cards are still there. Avoid frustration and extra charges from WM - pay your bills by yourself, an old fashioned way.
