What a joke. Had Snohomish waste management for over 20 years with zero issue. We have had our account shut down twice and our garbage not picked up at least six times since we moved and obtained service with Skagit Waste management In July. They are so unorganized, their communication is just the worst and their drivers are lazy (atleast the ones that have serviced our dumpster). If I could give negative stars I would! Super disappointed.

If I could rate this place lower, I would. They pick up our recycling once every 2 weeks, which is fine, but for the past 2 pickups, the driver has only emptied half of the bin. How can that happen? So, I call the office thinking that they would return the driver to finish his job (he had to have been less than 2-3 minutes away) and the office said they don’t allow their drivers to return. He would pick it up on their next scheduled pickup day. What the hell? I just don’t get it! Their customer service must have gone out with the trash!
All my experiences here have been easy and quick Their facility complex is easy to understand and maneuver.
The recycling department is incompetent. I've had to call far too many times for their drivers to come pick up my missed recycling. The cost of recycling for our household is roughly 4 a month, which is not a bank breaker but at this point it should just be a free service. I started service last May (2016) and for about the first 5 months I've had to call every scheduled pick up day to report that they missed my bin because they couldn't relay to their driver that our bin was placed in a spot which was not in front of or house. It is placed in the back because that what was requested by THEM. From September to about December we had a great relationship because everything was being picked up on time. After Christmas, there was a new driver on our route so we had to restart the previous process. This past week I've spent about 4 days and 4-7 phones calls trying to figure out why my recycling was not picked up and WHY I would have to wait another week to week and a half for my next scheduled pick up day for them to get my recycling. IT IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. At this point I'm convinced someone is Punking me. We have had no problems with our trash bin being picked up and have never had one. So I'm not sure why the trash department has it together but the recycling doesn't. If it weren't for the trash department being on it, Waste Management would get ZERO stars from me. There also seems to be no supervisors I could ever speak to so that's always helpful.
CROOKS! We are one step away from from going to court. Everyone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CALL AND ASK FOR A DOCUMENT TO CANCEL SERVICE. THEY WILL RENEW YOU AUTOMATICALLY AND TAKE TAKE TAKE AND UP YOUR CHARGES. I HAVE E MAIL AFTER E MAIL TO SHOW AND PROVE HOW DISHONEST THEY ARE. FIND ANOTHER LOCAL COMPANY WE USE ONE THAT IS A 1/4 OF THE PRICE. CANCEL NOW WHILE YOU CAN. THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY PLACE IN TOWN. WE REMOVED OUR BINS AND THEY ARW STILL CHARGING. CALL AND GET YOIR CANCELLATION FORMS TODAY!!!! Ahhhhh The generic you get a hold of reply .. Comical you crooks are. I'm actually just going to take the time and post every mail i have wrote and the very few responses I received back. My boss has been asking me to get information for over 2 months however you people with hold it or don't respond. I e mailed you today with my bosses info and not to anyone's surprise never heard back. PLEASE PEOPLE GET YOUR CONTRACTS CANCELLED WHILE YOU CAN!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE AND THIEVES. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!!! THIS IS NOT BUSINESS ITS A SCAM! GO WITH OUR OTHER LOCAL COMPANY! THEY ARE AMAZING AND GLADLY WELCOMING ALL WHO CANCEL THIS FRAUD JOKE OF A COMPANY. YOUR GETTING TAKEN AND DON'T EVEN KNOW IT. REQUEST CANCELLATION IMMEDIATELY!!
