They have missed taking out my green bins 3 times last week. I've tried calling a 4th time and was on hold for 25 minutes before being disconnected. Cannot get through to ask for another request to pick up the green bins, which have been full for over a week now. This is not the first time they've missed pickup, but it has been the worst yet because my requests go unheeded. I've never encountered a more unreliable waste pickup company before. Their 'service' is terrible. More like Wast Mis-Management.

I have had the worst experience with WM. It's been three weeks and they still can't get service setup right at my new residence. Fortunately the previous owners left their tiny refuse can else we wouldn't have anything. I just had to go sit in line at the recycling center just to get rid of the cardboard they're not picking up. Every week it's a different story, wait till 7 pm, well we don't have any trash and recycling cans, they're on their way, we're short on drivers, we'll have cans delivered right away. We'll see, tomorrow is another promise date. Not much confidence. Not to mention every phone call was ended in finding out that they didn't have the service correct in their system. It shouldn't be that difficult; haul off the small trash can, leave 1 90gal trash and 1 90gal recycling. No green waste, no small trash can...

Some signs letting us know that the entrance was moved would be nice. However, the staff was terrific! The young lady that greeted us in the car was especially cheerfully helpful.

Service is good however the website is very problematic. Also I requested a bulk pick up and got no response its been about 2-3 weeks.

They do not collect water bottles and/or cans anymore. The man I spoke with in person was nice but it would’ve been nicer to know prior to driving 30 minutes. No way to get in touch with anyone via telephone. Nothing posted online.
