It would be great if you could have your guys actually extend their tarps all the way over the roll off dumpsters after they pick them up from the jobsites so trash is not flying everywhere when they get on 435 in Lenexa and then leave a trail of garbage all the way to Shawnee. If you are wondering why our city looks so bad you have no further to look than in a mirror.

When I saw masks were required I assumed it was because of COVID. When I paid 105 to dispose of two old toilets and a cabinet I demolished from my garage I realized it was because it was a stick up.

Once if not twice a year you suspend service saying i owe money for a bill. For the past 3 years I have paid a year in advance. Never have you offered to pick up that lost weeks service or taken it off my bill. Please, get it together

A couple months ago I was late dragging our trash can out to the curb. I was really impressed when the recycling driver stopped and asked if I'd be bringing out our recycling bin too. That was above and beyond expected, exceptional service.

Last week they took away my recycling container, didn’t replace it, says it could be still days before I get the new one, caused overflow in my trash bin because I couldn’t properly dispose of my recycling, and they refused to pick it up leaving me with an even bigger problem going forward. Nobody cares to even fix the problem either. Edit. Someone from corporate called and took ownership of the situation. Still took way too long to get resolved
