I called to schedule an air duct and dryer vent cleaning in my 2 furnace home. I had family coming in from out of town and was kind of in a rush. The owner was beyond accommodating and penciled me in within the week! Not only does my dryer work like new again, but my whole house smells amazing. Jade Air Duct Cleaning were on time, were very professional, and did a fantastic job. They gave us a printout that provided the percentage of reduction in duct leakage when they completed the job. We had the ducts aerosealed to help reduce mold exposure within the home that was exacerbating symptoms associated with Lyme disease. We have noticed an increased comfort level in the home as well as reduced noise. They explained everything, and knew exactly what they were doing. Would definitely recommend
Jade Air Duct Cleaning were recommended to us by a local HVAC company. The technician did a great job, he was very friendly and walked us through exactly what he would be doing. The before and after photos were also great to see. A few hours after the service, we saw that one of the air vent covers in our basement drop ceiling had detached/fallen down and damaged the ceiling tile. Jade Air Duct Cleaning came back out in a few days and reattached it and replaced the ceiling tile. Fully satisfied and highly recommend.
Our HVAC has not been thoroughly serviced in a while and my we knew it was badly in need of attention! Jade Air Duct Cleaning was on it, fully outfitted with masks, gloves, tarps & other protective materials to safeguard furniture. When necessary they moved furniture and then replaced it with the utmost care and respect. We had them service our HVAC after they had cleaned our Dryer vents the previous week, as required by our condo association. They keep you informed each step of the way & even send videos of the vents being cleaned, showing before and after results! You can’t go wrong with these guys.
I was very impressed. Their prices were significantly lower than others I called and they were very comfortable working in an older house. Their crew cleaned up after themselves and it made a huge difference in my vents. Very professional. I had no idea it was this bad and I'm thankful they did such a good job! I will use Jade Air Duct Cleaning again.
