This Petco has a serious assortment of items for your pets and even kittens for adoption. The staff was courteous and professional.
We came to buy a hamster ball. I asked Karla about a hamster cage I got in Aug. when we brought home our hamster. We have hated it and hamster had got out 3 x already. It was hard to clean as well. Karla looked up and gave us a store credit. I thought I was going to have to eat it on money spent on prev cage. Great customer service and I appreciate her trying to make it right. We are using our store credit on more hamster supplies. Thanks to her!
Getting help with aquatics can sometimes take some time as other departments get very busy but this location always exceeds my expectations. Friendly and knowledgeable each time I visit. I trust their aquatics as I never see dead fish or dirty tanks. Again exceeding my expectations based on experiences at other locations.
Standing here waiting on service as the employees have there lunch and drinks all over the counters but they are no where to be found... ***update. Called to speak to the manager about the poor customer service and she hung up on me. Wow. Couldnt be more disappointed. Calling corporate now.
