I was on the verge of canceling my insurance with Allstate Insurance because of my agent. I called another Allstate Company near me and Susan Smith answer the phone. Since I have been using Susan Smith I am very pleased with Allstate. I lost my insurance card, I called the office and She sent it to me instanty. She help me understand my insurance. She makes me feel important. All my questions are answered. Since I use her for my insurance I have now added my home owners.
