Please be very careful with this contractor. We hired him (found his info on Nextdoor) to do 3 things in our house and everything single thing was not done to what was promised. He is very smart in writing his \contract/proposal\ in a way that benefits him only. After the \job\ was done and we complained he asked us to show where that was in the contract. Of course, he had said it verbally and we couldn't prove it. Just be careful with him and have him text you exactly what he will be doing as proof if you do decide to go with him.
