Having had a little bit of an itch to purchase a quality watch & my local Watches of Switzerland came up trumps on Google so after hankering for the iconic Omega Moonwatch. I thought what the hell pop in & see the guys. Well I can only tell you that service I received was indeed professional & above all very knowledgeable about the timepiece that I was really interested in. All of the staff I encountered were amazing thanks to Spence for making me feel comfortable & your down to Earth enthusiasm for watches really made me feel in the right place. Plus the lady that served me and personally adjusted the bracelet to perfectly to fit my wrist got it spot on accurate. Everybody in the shop from the gentleman on security who greeted me made me feel very welcome & at ease which is what you want . Great unhurried experience
I've been to WoS Brighton on a couple of occasions now, and both times I've been welcomed by the friendly security at the door (who were equally friendly and courteous on the way out). On both occasions, all the staff were very extremely friendly and helpful. I/ we spent nearly an hour with Dan Stoner on both occasions and he's a pleasure to chat to. Very honest and knowledgeable. Also, Tom has been very helpful and responsive via email during lockdown. All round, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and highly recommended.
