I bought a 1970's Seiko from Japan which needed quite a bit of work to get back to \average\ condition. Walter did a spectacular job - he found the original parts (from a vendor in Japan), cleaned the watch, added a seal, and returned the watch to perfection all for a very generous price! This isn't just a shop that can handle simple watches, they go above and beyond for you, no matter how complicated the need.

Took my Presidential Rolex to Walter for a quote to get the second hand repaired and to get the watch serviced. Walter offered to repair the second hand, replace the spring and gasket with Rolex original parts, and to refinish the casing and strap for a very reasonable price. Four days later, I now have a functioning, shining watch. Great job and highly recommended.
