Absolutely incredible!! I have shopping for my prescription here for years! Last year I decided to try a new place and absolutely hated it. BJ's optical is so professional and sweet. They really know what they are doing and love to explain as they go. When I get my prescription updated they explain what has changed and what it means. The prices are reasonable and on the cheaper side but the quality is superior. The glasses are good quality and they have a good variety. The contacts they recommend are super comfortable too

I arrived at this location at 4:50pm and everything was closed off at the optic center but the website states that they are open until 5 pm. I called the number from the website to see if someone was in the back and could clearly hear the phone ringing. I then proceed back to the front entrance and I asked the person at the front door if the hours posted online were correct. I was told to ask at the service desk since he was not sure. As I was asking the service desk people what the optic hours were at the service desk (it was now 4:55pm) I saw a woman with blonde hair in a ponytail with glasses, a burgundy shirt and jeans go behind the desk at BJ’s optic to retrieve a Target bag and promptly proceeded to the front entrance. So needles to say this woman heard the phone ring while I stood outside of the optic section waited for me to walk away thinking I was going to leave, then got her belongings while I was at the service desk and got out of dodge. So yeah your service SUCKS!
