Having many years been a LC customer, after been around I found is no other place to go, the Drs (alvarez) are very professional there is Eye Doctor and not just Optometrist. Sadly this time Dr Alvarez was on vacay, but still great Beside this time they make a mistake on my glass sending a wrong values..... Im still giving 5 starts

Rochelle Santos helped me find the best glasses for me. She did an amazing job and had made my glasses purchase enjoyable. She was perfect.

I had a cracked lens and scratches on my lens which glasses were 6 months old. I took the insurance which was a no brainer for the purchase I had. They replaced lens and frame and kept my Original glasses until new ones come in about one week.

Amazing these people just fixed my glasses for free and were incredibly nice. You can’t go wrong with this place. Angels, not people, work here. I’ve never gotten better service.

The customer service in the vision department is absolutely atrocious. The desk people are unprofessional and rude. You wait FOREVER and are usually seen on average about an hour after your appointment time. We’ve had several bad experiences and will be going elsewhere.

Honestly, I want to like them. I like Dr. Alvarez and some of the sales people are nice. But EVERY year there is a problem with my glasses. They break in transit, they get lost or, this year, they won't be ready for almost 3 weeks. I get that my prescription won't allow me to get the \glasses in an hour\ that's ok. I always wait about a week for my glasses. That's ok. They said because of Covid it could take up to 2 weeks... Fine. Now they are saying that \my glasses weren't on the Saturday delivery so they may not be in till Monday or Tuesday\. So Monday will be 19 days. 19 days! I paid almost a 1000 for my 2 pairs of glasses and when they were shipped out a day before my pick up window you couldn't have sprung for overnight? Or at least Saturday delivery? Now my vacation is over and I have to work out how to go out of my way to get out there. If this was the first time, fine. 3 years in a row though and I barely get a half hearted apology each time. Next year I'll get my eye exam here and go somewhere else. Lenscrafters is supposed to be the \quick\ ones. If it's going to take half a month I can go anywhere, probably pay less and not have to deal with another mix up/mistake.
