Horrible customer service - girl at the counter Ruby had the worst attitude. Definitely needs a lot of training in customer service and the products offered for sale. Did not want to answer any questions and was pained to talk to the paying customers. If the brick and mortar stores don’t offer good customer service they will keep going out of business. Prefer not to see grumpy humans when giving my business.

This store handles situations very well. I watched a difficult customer in front of me and the staff handled it very professionally. For me I arrived and my balloon order was incomplete, the staff fixed it within no time and my daughter was all smiles with her balloons. Great customer service and staff at this store.

Be prepared to wait in your vehicle for online order curbside pickup - store is not currently open for browsing (per NJ executive order). Patience and deep breathing helps - plan your pickup trip well in advance of your party, including balloon orders. Corporate management is aware they need to make some adjustments to this "last mile" of their supply chain including increased customer service. Tough environment to deal with multiple edicts and orders from various government, concerns for their own workforce safety and economic pressures on a business model built on in-store in-person visits. America insisted on and built - and now relies on - this "big box store" business model and now we need to do our part in supporting their continued success.

I was disappointed that I signed up for curbside pickup and yet... First, the Party City team member couldn't find my order. He had to make 3 trips to my car in order to get all my info. Why he didn't just do it on the first go is a mystery to me. And then my balloon medley was only partially filled up. Disappointed.
