I provided my insurance information before the exam. The doctor still charged me. Called my insurance and they stated that I’m covered 100%. My insurance has called them twice and I’ve made an additional calls for them to send the bill to my insurance so I can receive my refund. Months have past and still nothing. I will have to take additional action to assure I receive my money.

I will not go anywhere else for my eye care!! The doctors were friendly and efficient and the staff is second to none. Christine in particular was very knowledgeable and patient. She helped my entire family pick frames that best suited us and answered our many questions. Everyone was very nice to my kids, always a bonus in my books! I cannot say enough good things about this store.
I have been going there for over 5 years. The Dr’s are great. They explain everything clearly. The staff is very professional, very knowledgeable and caring. Christine is awesome. She is the one that I call if I have questions. I recommend Target Optical to my friends and family.
I’ve been going here for years and have always had a good experience. There may be a wait at times, but it’s well worth it!
We were lucky enough to have Wendy fit our 2 1/2 year old son for glasses. She was wonderful with our son and very informative. Went back today because the glasses broke at his daycare. She was very busy but attentive to everyone she helped. When it came time for her to help me with my son, she not only fixed them but was so patient and kind. Customer service at its best!!! Thank you Wendy!

All 4 of us in my family have been getting glasses there for many years. I misplaced my my son's prescription and went there to asked them make a copy for me. I called 4 times since the morning, no one ever answered the phone. When I went there in the afternoon, the person told me I should called much earlier because it would take a long time to make the copy there's no way they would do it while I was there, but I have been calling all day. I said we live far away the person told me I should go somewhere close and took a swipe at me for losing the prescription. I simply can't understand how any store can allow employee to treat any customer in such disgustingly rude manner. Needless to say, we will listen to her, all go somewhere else to get our glasses and never go to that store again.
