This is a great store for purchasing prepared whole hams, whole turkeys and a great selection of prepared sides, deli selections, appetizers and desserts. They offer catering as well. I enjoy their prepared to order box lunches. The counter sales employees are friendly and efficient and the store is clean. There are tables along with a wall mounted TV, so that you can sit to enjoy your prepared box meal if you choose. Place your Holiday orders early, to avoid the long lines. There are frozen prepared foods for your pick-up convenience year-round.

I waited over 20 minutes in line, just to be told at the register that they are not doing sandwiches right now. There wasn't any apparent signage that stated this. Even employees that came out to manage the line never mentioned this once. All employees were polite, but it seemed like this change has been the case for a while. However, I was a new customer (recommended by a friend), and even after checking the menu online, never once saw this mentioned. I don't see how non-regulars would know this information. I'll update when I can eventually get what I set out to.

Horrible!!! I called early in the week of Thanksgiving to make sure I didn't have to reserve or order ahead for the Turkey breast. They advised me that they have plenty and "no need to reserve or order ahead, just walk in and we'll have it". Well when I got there mid day the day before the holiday I had to wait in a long line outside for about 20 minutes to find out that they do not sell the breast without reservations or preordering ahead of time. Gaving me false information and so I will never attempt to make a purchase from The Baked Gam Company again just because I was misled and wasted my time driving the 30 minutes each way, waiting for 20 minutes in the cold, as well as having to scramble to find another main course option for my Thanksgiving dinner. Very annoyed! so make sure you order and pay ahead of time

I ordered on line. Made an appt.date and time.Easy access off main highway. Store not busy. COVID procedurs followed. Great customer service. Helped to the car with my purchases.
