I was excited to try this place for an outing with one of my sorority sisters. I was able to make reservations online and the restaurant called me to confirm the day before. When I arrived they had valet and he parked my car which at first I was a little uneasy about because of Covid but it was too late to say something. When my soror and I walked in we were greeted by what seemed like the manager and he sat us close to a nice view of the lake. They did have the outdoor seating option woth heaters We were served by an awesome waitress named Georgia. She was great and so attentive. For drinks I got the apple sangria which was ok and my soror got the scarf, which I had later and it was good. For our entrée, I got the prime rib with pappardelle and it was good just added a little salt to taste. My soror loved her shrimp penne vodka and it looked delicious. For my birthday Georgia sent us over sparkling Moscato on the house. We had such a great time and I will be back.

Went for my daughter's graduation from Rutgers due to covid was a small gathering of 5 family members. The entire restaurant was following proper protocols and everyone felt very safe. The food was impeccable and the service was extraordinary. Thank you to all the servers that waited on us. We will definitely return again.
We did the NYE package... The stuffed chicken was super bland. Mushrooms very tasty. Dessert was eh... I expected better for my taste buds.
This is my favorite place to hangout! Raw Bar is my favorite and drinks are good too. The lake view is very nice, however, it tends to warm up the room a bit when there is direct sunlight (it gets HOT). I still love this place for drinks or a romantic dinner.
I went for a nice business dinner a couple of months ago. The \Water\ part of the name comes from the fact that it is located by a lake, with a beautiful view of the water. The inside was quite open, with large stone fireplace with some lounge sofas. Across from it was a good size bar with few TV screens. Then it extends into a dining room. I was thinking \it is kind of small...\ until it kept going, going, and going. It was so much larger than it looked from the outside, and also from inside at a quick glance. But the dining rooms kept expanding to the side, alongside the lake. This is not considered \cheap eats\ spot, but they do offer attractive lunch special, 3-course Prix Fixe menu. From that menu, I ordered Garlic Shrimp, Organic Scottish Salmon, and Mascarpone Cheese Cake. They were good portion, plated nicely, and pretty tasty. I was very full and happy. Overall, we had a nice lunch, lively but quiet enough for business lunch. The staffs were on point, very polite and efficient. Our server was really nice, and he was always around, so that if we needed something, it was easy to catch him. Very good spot for a business lunch or dinner.
