6 stars for Outstanding service. Voila My Calorex 110 dehumidifier had collapsed in France - an old one but high quality unit once. The new owner of the factory told me to buy a new one. Then I found these guys in the internet at Water Technics - one french guy as well working there ;-) in the UK. What a splendid service. Spareparts, online help and wupti, my old 1999 model machine runs like a new born Jaguar. Thanks guys - a beer call on me. You saved me 5500 euros
